  - No Charge, If cancellation email is received over 24 hours prior to check-in time.
  - One night charge will apply, if cancellation email is received under 24 hours prior to check-in time.
  - Full charge of the reservation will be applicable, for no Call back to cancel and/or No Show
  - Partial cancellation charge will apply on cancelled weekly or Monthly reservations:
    * The charge will revert to a weekly booking if booking stay is more than 7 days
    * The charge will revert to daily booking if stay days are under 7 days.

Indeed we do! We have outdoor parking available on site, but parking spaces aren’t allocated. This means that it’s first come, first serve and on busy weekends, public holidays and during Summer, we highly recommend leaving your car and walking, cycling or taking a Roam Transit to travel around town.

Can i reserve a room and pay at the property?
Yes, you can reserve the room. However, a major credit card is needed to make the reservation. All bookings are paid at the property and not in advance unless there has been an issue by customer in the past, in which case we do charge upfront.

Does the motel have a 24 hour reception?
Our front desk operating hours are between 9:00 and 23:00. Check-in Time: Any time after 15:00 Check-out Time: Anytime before 11:00. If leaving early guests are requested to leave keys in the room and lock the door behind them.

How close are you from the Tsawwassen ferry terminal?
We are 10 mins driving distance from the ferry terminal

How close are you from the Vancouver international airport?
We are about 40 mins driving distance from the Vancouver internation airport on average.

Can I get a transfer to the ferry?
We can definitely call a taxi to have the transfer arranged to ferry terminal. The terminal is about 10 minutes driving distance from the motel and the cost of the drive is roughly about $20. Thank you

Do you offer monthly stays?
Yes we do offer long terms stays. However, please note that our rates do fluctuate depending on the time of year. We therefore recommend calling the front desk at (604) 943-2632 or tollfree at 1(877) 943-2632 to get the latest monthly information.

We need a place to stay for few hours, do you offer short term stay?
Yes, you can reserve the room. However, we only reserve the room for the day. Our motel is not open 24 hours. We are open between 9:00 am and 11:00 pm.
The checking starts at 15:00. We are only able to accommodate after 15:00 check in time.

Is it possible to get a late check out?
We are only able to accomodate guests if the room is not already booked and the checkout is before 14:30. Our cleaning staff is only present until 15:00, therefore we can accomodate guests with late checkout until 14:30 as checking out after that does not leave time for the room to be cleaned for the next booking.

We have a health issue and cannot deal with stairs, can we request a ground level room?
Please specify your request in your booking. Our front desk staff will make sure that your room is booked at the ground level. If however we are unable to accommodate you, you will be informed immediately so that you are able to book elsewhere if needed.

I read in comments that you charge a hidden fee of $100, what is that for? can you explaine?
There are no hidden fees. We apply $100 damage deposit which is refundable at the end of a guests stay, provided the motel rules are followed and no damage is done to property.

Are customers allowed to smoke at Beach Grove Motel?
Sorry, we are a 100% non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind is not permitted on site.

Do you provide a designated smoking area?
No, the expectation is that the guest not smoke while on the property. We request the guests to step off the property if they want to smoke.

Are pets allowed to stay?
We allow only dogs at our motel. We have one dedicated pet friendly room on site. Please advise the motel when bringing a pet. If arriving with an undeclared pet, motel will be unable to provide the room if room is not available. However, room charges will still be applicable.

We are travelling with a service dog, is that ok?
Please declare your pet on you reservation. Please bring in proper government issued documentation on the service animal to get service animal status. Without proper documentation we will have to charge pet charges for your pet.

We are travelling with a service dog and are looking to book the king room
We have one pet friendly room at our property and it does not have a king bed. Our pet friendly room has a queen bed and a double bed. Please check other service animal related answer for full details.

We are travelling and might be delayed arriving at the motel. How do we checkin into our room after hours?
Guests arriving late are requested to contact the office during working hours to arrange room key and invoice pickup. We have a safe on site and send out the related information on the day of arrival. The message details access and code for the safe.

Do you have layover stay? We arrive at 7am to Van int and will have to get back out by 4pm. We would like a shower and a sleep in between?
It really depends on how busy we are on the day of your arrival. Our checkout starts at 11:00 am. Therefore if all rooms are occupied we will be unable to help you. However, if the rooms are available we would be happy to help.

Would it be possible to leave my vehicle at your property after my stay and collect it a few days later?
We do have limited parking which is sufficient for booked customers staying with us. We are unfortunately not able to have extended parking for anyone not using the rooms at the time of their parking.

Do we need credit card for check in?
We require a valid and active credit card for the reservation. However the checkin can be paid by any of the following payment methods:
