Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the property. Please step off the property prior to lighting up.
Although we are a pet friendly motel, Pets are allowed only in one room. Therefore, please call in advance if you intend to bring pets to check if a pet friendly rooms are available. We will be unable to assist if you come with a pet and we do not have a pet friendly room open!
Cancellation Policy:
- - No Charge, If cancellation email is received over 24 hours prior to check-in time.
- - One night charge will apply, if cancellation email is received under 24 hours prior to check-in time.
- - Full charge of the reservation will be applicable, for no Call back to cancel and/or No Show
- - Partial cancellation charge will apply on cancelled weekly or Monthly reservations:
- The charge will revert to a weekly booking if booking stay is more than 7 days
- The charge will revert to daily booking if stay days are under 7 days.
Other Charges:
- Two adults allowed per room, any additional Adult will be charged: $15.00 per Adult per night. There is a max limit to adults per room.
- Pet fee of $25 per pet per night.
- Taxes applicable on top of all charges.
- Room damage deposit is authorized and held until after checkout. The total charge is collected after guest has checked out and room has been checked and validated by our cleaning staff.
Check-in/Check-Out
Check-in time is after 15:00
Check-out time is before 11:00
Guaranteed check in is 15:00. Early check-in is not guaranteed. We are unable to accept early check in requests due to the high volume nature of our business.
Housekeeping hours are between 11:00 and 15:00. Please ensure special requests are made between these hours to guarantee your request.

Guest Conduct:
Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 08:00 daily, any guest making excessive noise between these hours or disturbing the peace at any hour will be warned and could be asked to leave without any refund`.
Clothing (shirts, shoes, etc.) is required while in the common areas, including outdoors while on our property.
Parking is permitted in designated areas free of charge. Please do not park vehicles or trailers on the grass or garden areas. Please do not block the view for other guests with your vehicle or trailer.
Outdoor cooking is permitted in designated areas only. Guests are not permitted to use grills on covered patios/decks, near other guest rooms or on grass areas. Charcoal grills cannot be used on the property due to excessive smoke. Guests are required to clean up the area after cooking and remove any litter.
Hot plates, candles, unauthorized appliances, propane canisters, etc. are not to be stored in a guest room.
Visitors & Parking:
We do not have any visitor parking, If you have guests visiting please let them know to park street side.
Quiet Hours:
Between 23:00 and 8:00 the following day. Quiet time must be observed out of Courtesy to fellow residents. NO MUSIC OR LOUD TALKING AFTER 23:00.
Children:
Must be supervised at all times.
Parents shall NOT LEAVE THEIR CHILDREN UNATTENDED IN THE ROOM OR ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.
Pet Policy:
Dogs are permitted in some rooms provided they are well behaved and good natured for a fee of $25 per night. Any unruly dogs that cannot be controlled will be asked to leave. This includes incessant barking, damaging property and aggressive behaviour. A maximum of two dogs are allowed in the room. Due to allergy concerns, we do not allow cats to stay in our rooms. If you are travelling with a pet, please let us know ahead of time so that arrangements can be made. Like any good owner, we expect guests to clean up after their pet and properly dispose of any waste. Pets are not to be left unattended in the rooms and are not permitted on the beds. Pet owners who do not follow the above guidelines may be asked to leave.
We reserve the right to charge for any damage or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning.
Disturbance:
Absolutely no disturbance will be tolerated. If any resident disturbs the peace of the motel the resident will be warned, if warning is not heeded, the resident will be asked to leave the motel.
If for any reason RCMP or Police are called to the motel for any disturbance, any and all residents involved in that issue will be required to leave the motel with immediate effect.
Age Restrictions:
Guests must be 19 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian. A valid government issued photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification.
Trash:
Must be deposited in containers provided. Please help us keep our premises beautiful. No disposal of any kind of garbage including cigarette Bud anywhere on the property other than trash can. Please help us Recycle. Please separate your Recyclables from garbage.
Lost Items:
Items left behind and requested to be mailed will incur a minimum charge of $20 + additional mailing charges as applicable and may take up to 30 days to receive. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. When the guest uses the parking lot within the premises of the motel, the motel simply offers the space for parking and shall not be liable for the custody of the vehicle of the guest, whether the key of the vehicle has been deposited at the motel or not.
Damage:
Damaged or missing items from rooms post check out will be charged to your credit card on file. These include but are not limited to remote controls, linens, pillows, mugs, room key, dishes/cutlery, etc.; please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.
Injuries:
Guest(s) agrees to carry the appropriate insurance policies while staying on the property and forever discharge and release the property from any legal liability and to not sue the property for damage or any injuries, including death, caused by, related to or resulting from, guest's stay or travel to or from the motel.
Own Risk:
Any guest or visitor who voluntarily participates in any Activity does solely at AT THEIR OWN RISK.
ABSOLUTELY NO VEHICLE WASHING OR REPAIRING WHILE ON PREMISES
Payment Policy:
Our rates are based on double occupancy, additional adult guests may require an additional charge. All room rates and extra charges are subject to tax. Indirect booking channels (e.g. booking.com etc.) may require full payment in advance.
A $200.00 refundable credit card deposit in addition to the full cost of the stay will be taken on the day of arrival. Deposits will be returned to the guest upon check out less any additional charges for damaged property, missing items or additional items charged to the room.
Payment in full is required on the day of check-in.
Valid ID must be presented upon request along with the credit card used to reserve online or by phone. The credit card on file must belong to the guest staying in the room.
A valid major credit card is required to stay at this property. Debit cards are not acceptable. Reservations booked without valid payment information on file may be subject to cancellation if guest is unresponsive to a request to provide payment information on a sold out night within a requested time frame.
Do Not:
Non-residents do not park their vehicles on motel premises.
Do not affix any foreign object of any kind to any of the motel walls.
No fires of any kind allowed while on premises. This includes outside barbecues or grills electric or otherwise.
Smoking of any kind is not allowed anywhere on the motel premises. Please exit the motel property before lighting up.
Messages:
Only emergency messages will be delivered to your room.
Note to Long Term Residents
We are a motel and not a permanent resident, therefore tenancy rules do not apply.
You pay a discounted daily rate to stay at the motel. The funds are due prior to your stay.
The rates change with season therefore please be aware of these rate changes.
Special Note:
Owner/Management is not responsible for accidents or injury or for loss of money, personal property by theft or damage. Please secure all of your belongings.
Local guests are permitted on a case-by-case basis in emergency situations. All guests must be registered on the room if they are staying in the room.
We reserve the right to refuse service and evict anyone not meeting the above guidelines. We reserve the right to ask a guest to immediately vacate the property if they are violating any of the above guidelines.
Any guest refusing to accept and adhere to management reuests will be removed from the property with the help of local law enforcement and will never be allowed back.
